    making more in comp (in public companies) than the company makes in profits. That would also be a good place to start. If one wants real action ask shareholders if they want to invest long term in a company where management takes more than what is allocated ( on paper) to shareholders. It may not seem as emotionally satisfying, but if you really want to see an executive turn white, then look at them when their stock falls off a cliff.
