    you are arguing the US should take a case because another country is corrupt.  Which raises a ton of questions: what is the standard for determining if the courts in a country are corrupt?  Who makes that decision?

    Would you answer be different if the act occurred in the UK?

    More to the point, why isn't Nigeria the right place for the suit to occur?

    I wouldn't go as far as Breyer.
