    then I get it (after all it's sorta something I might say) and I apologize.

    I'm not worried about the precedent because it's a precedent as old as communal responses.  In dangerous situations it is a good idea to hunker down.

      The police shut down an area near my place a month or so ago because a murder suspect was in there, or they thought he was. They shut down a few block. How many square miles are shut down right now?

      If debt were a moral issue then, lacking morals, corporations could never be in debt.
