    They spend good money to bring George Bush, Dick Cheney, and the likes of Bill O'Reilly to speak. That tells you everything you need to know about how they think of their employees.

        When I wrote that I defend "you guys" from trash talk, I meant literally you and your co-workers in Lawrence Park. You do very well by Erie standards, but there's more to life than Erie.

          there is. And I am amazed at how many of my coworkers NEVER worked anywhere but GE. I thank you for supporting us.

          While we are talking both the Manufacturers Association and UE members, I give my fellow motorcycle riding UE members hell for being part of the roar on the shore. I tell them that if ManAss (sponsor of RotS) had their way, we would not be able to afford a motorcycle. We would be pedaling our bikes with playing cards in the spokes for the Roar part of Roar on the Shore. I have not been a part of RotS because of ManAss.
