    His face is known in a lot of places, and with what passport (unless he has fake ID?). It's not like most countries won't extradite him almost immediately.

        and he probably knows it.  

        My fear is that he will contrive to take a few more souls out with him.  I am sure he envisions a final blaze of "glory" as opposed to capture.

          But he's running, so he wants to live.

            loaded with explosives.  He had burns consistent with explosives.  May have tried and failed to detonate his vest.

            The guy who's running now called an uncle, whom he hadn't spoken with in about a year, yesterday and prayed with him on the phone (per CBS news commentator).  Consistent with a suicide scenario.
