    I heard someone (I think it was Pete Williams) mention that on MSNBC - after he's been in custody for 48 hours, they can no longer use the "imminent danger" clause. Then they'll have to Mirandize him.

    Everybody got to elevate from the norm....

      There's precedent from a California case that there may or may not be a mandatory time limit to the Quarles exception, but I guarantee that they're not going to be testing the limits of case law on this one.
