    Why DO WE buy online?

It is to evade or not pay sales tax?

No. Not at all. For me at least, it is the ability to find what I want and not have to sift through stacked merchandise, to deal with idiot clerks (fine salespeople I like, but I don't suffer idiot clerks), and to get something faster than going to a catalog store and waiting weeks for something to arrive.

If they had started charging sales tax right away with online orders, I would not have changed my mind at all.

Online ordering is what I like. I don't like "shopping". Hate it.

    Ugh. --UB.
