    with badscience's critiques. I'm especially concerned about the home page, which to me is too busy and thus confusing. If I didn't already know what to look for I think I'd be discouraged.
    I'd suggest that the home page feature the little slideshow (with a different font color and maybe font, too--lighter print is harder to read, I understand, than dark) and then a very brief introduction to the site. That "directing traffic" aspect of the home page is missing right now, and even for me, who knows your work well, I find it hard to wade through all the information all at once.
    It's a matter of "less is more" I think. And bland expository prose is good in this case; think directive technical writing for the home page intro.
    You have plenty to work with; thanks to your developer for getting to this point. Big job to do it well.
