    making the chart! Yes, District 5 is definitely a tossup.

    By the way, how do you get DRA to save a JPEG view of the map with the underlying bing map still there? Whenever I save a JPEG view of my maps, DRA only keeps the map itself and not the underlying map.

      I use GIMP which is open source and can do pretty much anything you'd want it to for all of my maps, which is how I was able to put together those custom national maps, but it's great for state maps too. I'm not a fan of DRA's save as jpeg at all as I like the png format a lot better, especially when you have to resize it. GIMP is great at doing that too and keeping the clarity.
