    trumps the oath he took to protect the constitution against ALL enemies?

    What are you doing to fight the dangerous and counterproductive error of treating dirtbag terrorist criminals as though they were comic book supervillains? I can't believe we still have to argue this shit, let alone on Daily Kos.

      channels before going to wikileaks, so that should be taken into consideration.

      And there has been no evidence offered yet to prove that he caused harm to our troops, as the letter indicated.  He's not been found guilty of anything in fact, so the claims made in that letter announcing that he will not be the grand marshal are based on allegations, not facts.

      The government might provide evidence during the trial in June, but they have not provided it yet and no judge has decided.  The least that the author of that letter could do is use the word "alleged".
