      Wait, weren't you the one who said there were no facts yet? How can they use facts when you asserted there aren't any facts until the trial establishes what they are?

        If they have the facts, they should be revealed or presented throughout the course of a trial.

        Why taint the jury pool by releasing selective "quotes" before a trial?

        Is it that unreasonable to ask that they do not try anyone in a court of public opinion? We are talking about their inappropriate actions here, right?

        And isn't that what Jesselyn has pointed out here today?

        The first draft of history is always in the newspapers, of what has been reported.  Does it make it accurate or correct? Nope.

            The facts must be determined through a trial.  

            So far all we've heard is what the government believes and what they say he said and what they say he did.
