    I've been working a bit on 2020, how the additional district CA will be getting would be spread [according to the census estimates and CA estimates of population by county in 2020]

    My preliminary data shows that:

    Northern San Joaquin Valley will get an additonal .1529 congress persons, Southern San Joaquin Valley and additional .4653 congressperson, San Bernardino and Riverside .4553 of a seat.

    Most other areas would stay pretty static

    I still am a bit off in my total numbers tho
