    that's not something most employers are comfortable with.

    I've worked most of my life for small businesses, and while some of the owners wanted to think of themselves as good guys and some were bastards and didn't care of you knew it, not one of them was emotionally secure enough to acknowledge that they had employees who were smarter than they were. And I'm not referring to myself.

      S the fact I'm aware of what is going on when I work for them even though they try and limit the information given. IOW I freak them out because I am smart, how is their insecurity my fault?
