    regulation deal with large employers (if at all)?

    The biggest crock about insurance for the rest of us is that major employers take employees as they come and throw them into the pool.  That's the way it's been for years. It's only individuals (and, to be honest, small employers) who have to worry about risk pools.

    In other words: health care for all is already the rule among those who get corporate (and governmental) health care.  The risk pool is already global for those employees.
