    DEFINITIONS
    CORPORATIONS are created and controlled by a few individuals and sanctioned by government.  Corporations should have no authority over the government or the people except by legal negotiated, binding contracts.
    NATIONAL GOVERNMENT are created and controlled by ‘We the People’ and sanction lower units of government as necessary and required.
    THE PEOPLE are sovereign over government and both are superior over corporations.
    THEREFORE:
    CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT TO CONTROL CORPORATIONS
    Corporations, companies, businesses, limited liability concerns and any other similar organization organized for profit or as non-for-profit are to be created by the individual states and can be regulated by all levels of government in accordance with state and federal laws, rules and regulations.   Under no circumstances shall they be considered or equated with being a person(s), individual (s) or citizen(s).
