    When a person EARNS wages, overtime included, you should not be able to steal those wages. And it is stealing if you give comp time and never let it be taken, and then declare it unusable after a certain time.
    Just plain outright stealing from the pockets of workers.

      at my last job, when I thought it was going to be the VERY last job I ever needed.  In fact, they unfroze the vacation calendar and suddenly started letting us schedule vacation after a year and a half, about two weeks after I mentioned to my supervisor that I'd already been checking out the DOL website for instructions on how to file a complaint.  Unfortunately, as I did tell her (my direct supervisor was a world apart from the corporate goons), it appeared from that website that the only recourse was for the employees to file a lawsuit.  I dunno, perhaps she was able to convince THEM that I might do something like that.
