    Ironic since they can't see that ALEC is the conservative version of what they claimed ACORN to be.

    Of course in ConservaWorld, there is nothing wrong with suppressing the vote, and anyone crying 'Racism! or 'voter suppression' is part of the problem.

    One of the NC GOP leaders (don't know which Goober... I was listening on the radio) claimed that she 'personally witnessed' problems with people voting multiple times when she worked on an elections board. You have to be the WORST elections official in the world if you were to actually witness this and your reaction, instead of doing your job, is to run for office to pass a law requiring ID.

    The US House GOPPERS want to control science funding with a partisan political oversight committee. Maybe we can get the NCGA to run their 'data' past some scientists to disqualify these bills based on faulty logic?  Hey, I can dream, can't I?
