  •  yes they do.... (0+ / 0-)

we non-gun owners are so fearful and irrational.  Because everyone with a firearm has my best interest at heart and I should just trust in them and not call the cops when I see them in the street with a firearm.

i embrace the school of thought that if you see something, say something .  You firearms owners are carrying lethal weapons for your own purposes, which may or may not be legal.  As a citizen, how am I supposed to decide?  Let the armed police decide your legality to carry your firearm.

people are innocent of a crime until they have been proven guilty in a court of law. If it is legal to openly carry a firearm in your state, and you see someone openly carrying a firearm, shouldn't your default position be one of innocence? That what they are doing is legal and therefore of no concern to you or anyone else?

I will guess that is the case unless they are engaging in an activity that you don't approve of, then the authorities must be called because someone isn't breaking the law!

You eat a lot of acid, Miller, back in the hippie days?
