In an update to the story, the Heritage Foundation has already disavowed itself.

The Mike Gonzalez, VP for Communications at Heritage, emails: “This is not a work product of The Heritage Foundation. Its findings in no way reflect the positions of The Heritage Foundation.
By tomorrow morning, we'll be reading an announcement by Richwine that his comments were "taken out of context" or some similar disavowal of accountability.

But by then, Limbaugh & Co. will already hype the "study" and then will complain Freedom and 1st Amendment when Richwine has to walk it back.

Same old song and dance.  A conservative speaks frankly and then realizes that the rest of the world doesn't live in the same bubble.
