    words that can be understood even by republicans. Security costs for US embassies have increased 1000 percent since 1998. Of course that includes the Grand Palace Cheney's contractor friends built in Iraq. And these 2 1/2  billion plus dollars includes all the private contractors (mercenaries) that the republicans love to add as they slash the number of "government" (read civil service) employees. Every time some republican yahoo (redundant, I know) complains about the lack of security for an embassy or brags about cutting the budget of the State Department, call him/her out for stupidity really loudly and often. "There goes the republican who says spend less money to get more security." And then ask him, preferably on the Sunday morning all-republican talk shows, exactly how that is going to be done.

    I'd tip you but they cut off my tip box. The TSA would put Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad on the no-fly list.
