      If debt were a moral issue then, lacking morals, corporations could never be in debt.

        you would have preferred they hired non-union labor to keep the costs down, like everyone else does? maybe then it wouldn't be 'overpriced'. or maybe they should have ignored some codes, or found other ways to 'cut costs'

          They built a fancy new building with money they didn't have. If you want to pretend like that isn't a problem then you can live in magic land where every new building has to be built. That's not reality. In reality you don't build new buildings if you can't afford them.

      The institution that I just graduated from was building new halls with glorious atriums, cafes and lounges, but very few classrooms;  they have now hired a celebrity President whose main qualifications are his links to GOP politics and wealthy donors.

      But I have something against the building going massively over budget, the capital campaign coming up short, and them building the building anyway.
