    Thank you for sharing it.  You have quite a yard with some really interesting flowers.  Is that the Apache plume's seed head that makes the plume?  

    Of course, I have a particular fondness for wildflowers.  Cactus flowers are always fascinating to me.

    It's raining here today on the NE corner of the Olympic Peninsula, breaking a long dry spell. There isn't much blooming in my yard right now and that is mostly white.  All 3 of my fruit trees are now blooming (same time as last year) - one of the apples has a slightly pinkish blossom. The brightest colors I have are the stalks of the rainbow chard that overwintered in my veggie garden.  I have not harvested those yet to make room for this year's plants because I'm enjoying seeing the colors.
