    to see his dissertation yet.  Does it contain a chapter looking over the literature examining I.Q., its measurement,  accuracy or lack thereof, history, use and misuse, relationship to prevailing culture, etc. ?  How come Harvard didn't demand that somebody well versed on I.Q., say somebody from the psych. dept., be on his doctoral committee?

      IQ and Immigration Policy

      He dissects the errors in Brigham's A Study of American Intelligence, based on IQ "tests" given to Jews with limited English fresh off the boat. Richwine then claims that he is doing no such thing because second and third-generation Latinos don't smarten up none. Like Black children, a century and a half after the end of slavery, who still attend underfunded, segregated schools.
