      Hydrofluoric acid, as it is currently manufactured (technical grade), is used to fluoridate water supplies for tens of millions of people in the US.  Do you have evidence that it is harmful in the proposed concentration of 0.7 ppm?  (More specifically, evidence that it has harmed, or is harming people current using it?)
