    that it was fully optional AND that the employee could choose WHEN his time was use and that no one who didn't need the time was pressured to accept it instead of overtime pay, I might say this is harmless. But as I understand, those guarantees are not in this bill.

      Rights such as Employee Option b/t OT vs. CompTime and when to use CompTime accrued are actually stripped by the bill. And there are no additional penalties for Employers who pressure Employees to choose CompTime over OT.

      As Lando Calrissian said, "This deal is getting worse all the time!"

      PrezObama's only mistake in the sequester is that he assumed that the Republicans would be more loyal to their oath of office to serve the people than their oath to Norquist to never close tax loopholes.
