  •  I know how much despair that is. (3+ / 0-)

It's a hell of a lot.  It's a neverending feeling that, no matter what lies beyond, death sounds a whole lot better than the misery that is life.  Heck, even hell might be better.  It couldn't be worse.

All I can say is, if anyone reading this has suicidal thoughts, even if you don't plan to act on them, only continue to kinda wish you weren't alive, talk to someone.  Your doctor, your pastor, your counselor, your best friend, someone.  Call 1-800-273-8255, the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, if you can't think of anyone to talk to, or don't want to alarm anyone you personally know.

Thoughts of suicide aren't normal, they aren't healthy, and there are going be a lot of people who'll never get over the idea of you ending your life, no matter how miserable, because everyone who knows you, even a passerby like Keef was here, will fantasize over what they could have done to get you to back away from that ledge.

They care, even if you don't think so.  Get help, no matter how horribly difficult that can seem.  It'll get better; you just need help.

I'm likely making this up as I go along.

...and excess anger. It's a drug. I'm glad I have it.

And it gets more expensive every goddamn year.
