    because it's lacking big time in all caps sentences followed by several exclamation points and curse words.  I'd call it more of a round up but I see your point.

      real subpoena, or an "administrative subpoena" which is the same thing as a National Security Letter, which is just the Executive branch talking to itself.

      And in any case, under the law AP was entitled to  be informed of said intended seizures, and appeal for a narrower focus, rather than a two-month, 100+-reporter fishing expedition.
