    opened in 1953. Yes, they are using the existing right of way, and "doubling", adding a second pipe on the existing right of way. Currently this right of way is the only way they can pipe oil to the Pacific.

    Northern Gateway could be rerouted around the Yinka Dene land, see yellow line I marked. But to get to Kitimat the pipeline would have to go thru a small section of First Nations land. Currently thats not happening.

    The only developed ports are Kitimat and Vancouver, and as the TV commercial used to say:

    "ya cant get thar from heare...........

    .................expect us......................... FDR 9-23-33, "If we cannot do this one way, we will do it another way. But do it we will.
