    planning a prom.  Yeah, sure.  Herding atheists is like herding cats. However contentious about definitions, categories, surely limiting the community to one brand of atheist is counterproductive.  And just how are we to convince others of the sanity and reasonableness of atheists as a community to be trusted and elected if we exclude theists, agnostics, confrontational atheists, timid atheists, closet atheists etc.?  Just from reading lots of comments about lots of posts I think there are a goodly number of atheists belonging to Daily Kos.

    Establishing this community sounds like a good idea to me.  Could I be invited also?  Thanks.
