    Dick Durbin (D-Illinois, mostly).  Even though he is my Senator, I think that he would not be as "gentlemanly" with McConnel as has Sen. Reid.

      Isn't he the one that apologized for offending his colleagues by calling out torture for what it was?

      Of course, anyone who actually stood firm about describing torture as torture would likely have been drummed out of the senate by now.

        but he did fight hard against the Udall/Merckley (sp?) filibuster overhaul.

        So dump most of the "Go along - Get along/Tradition of the Senate" gang, and give me Udall, Merckley, Whitehouse, even Franken as Senate leader.
