  •  Look...my neighbor has a tree in her yard. If (8+ / 0-)

that tree falls and crushes her roof, shouldn't she have had special tree insurance?  I don't have tall trees in my yard.  Why should MY insurance dollars be subsidizing my neighbor's poor tree choices?  I am a responsible non-tree homeowner.  I don't care if she says it "just grew that way."  She could cut that tree down and reduce her risk.

    Oh. For. F**k's. Sake.

    •  Tree roof & home assaults are clearly acts of God (7+ / 0-)

and only secular insurance plans should dare try covering these. Threatening trees that start growing in your yard should not be removed under penalty of pro-life law. Of course, roto-rooter insurance should be separate too and religious should simply accept God no longer wants them to have public-supplied tax-payer funded sewer and water in the case of tree root invasions.

      •  Hey!! Trees got a Right to Life, y'know! (6+ / 0-)

What are you, some tree-abortionist?  And if God wants a tree to grow in your yard, then you should consider it a gift when one sprouts up unplanted by you, not something to be gotten rid of.

Just don't ask me to pay for it.  In any way.  I didn't ask you to have such fertile dirt in your yard.  Your yard was just asking for it and you know it.  Looking all green and lush.  Not properly fenced or anything.

you should have known to nip those in the bud before any tree seeds spotted these signs of overly fertile lawns.
