....that was capable of funding the infrastructure spending and social programs that are required for a civilization to thrive, then it was our tax dollars at work.

But after nearly four decades of tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans, there are no longer enough tax dollars to fund the infrastructure spending and social programs that are required for the US civilization to thrive. Most of the burden of taxation has shifted to the middle class and the working poor. Even when the working poor they don't pay any income tax, their payroll is still subject to Social Security and Medicare taxation rates which are greater than Mitt Romney's effective tax rate of 14%.

So these cuts in essential services are Their* Tax cuts at Work.

*1%ers like Mitt Romney, Robert Rubin and Bill Clinton:

BILL MOYERS: You point out, by the way, that Bill Clinton as president gave the super rich a larger tax break than George Bush's tax cuts, right?

DAVID CAY JOHNSTON:... Bill Clinton gave the super rich, the 400 highest income people in America a big tax cut. They were paying 30 cents out of each dollar ....When he left, it was down to 22. Bush has lowered it to 17. ....Clinton gave an eight cent tax cut and Bush only gave them five cents.

In the Fox News Christian Nation, public schools won't teach sex education and evolution; instead they'll have an NRA sponsored Shots for Tots: Gunz in Schoolz program.
