    UCLA Hospital. I read insurance policies and determined the patient's portion of the bill prior to their discharge. This isn't a joke: I had no computer. I didn't even have a calculator. I had little scraps of paper to manually figure out their totals. Those scraps of paper were then paper clipped to the discharge paperwork. OK. You can stop laughing now. If I worked there now, I'd have to stay home, as I would never cross a picket line. Good luck, guys and gals.
