    is place an anti-gerrymandering amendment on the ballot in 2016. If you remove gerrymandering from Ohio politics, Democrats will pick 3-4 easily. This would be a better use of money than funding challengers in some of these districts.

      GOP did a blatant, genuine gerrymandering job on Ohio. Most of these Congressional districts are just outrageous.  I still can't figure some of them out.

      in not fighting the gerrymander because their own districts were made more safe?  Perhaps in Pennsylvania as well?

        redistrict without Democratic help. They did get some Democrats to vote for the redistricting bill but it was mostly window dressing.
