  •  I'm of two minds for tomorrow (6+ / 0-)

    1.  We've had way too much rain where I live (Maryland suburbs of DC) in the last week or so.  I'm tired of storms and my yard is turning into a bog.  Also:

    2.  I really hate for any property destruction and human injury/loss of life to occur.

    THAT BEING SAID:

Boy are big weather events neat.  The best of all worlds would be to see the derecho form, but only bring huge weather with no property damage (to anyone) or human injuries.  Only lots of wind and rain to bother the groundhogs who have set up house in my neighbor's yard.

    :-)

As soon as the skies start to get interesting, I'm out on my patio with a camera in hand. I love storms. I only wish I still lived on the lakefront. Storms over Lake Erie are really cool to watch. Being the shallowest of the Great Lakes the wind can whip up some serious waves.

Of course, once it gets really serious I head inside but as long as it's safe I'm out there watching the big show in the sky. :-)

      Peace.
