    It's not clear to me from the NSA website whether this request would fall under FOIA or the Privacy act. Quoth the NSA:

    A proper Privacy Act Request is one in which the individual seeks records on himself that are contained in a file retrievable by the individual's name or personal identifier.
    As somebody said above, they probably don't have a specific "file" on me or most other people to pull, but they could easily search the databases they do have by my "name or personal identifier." Any thoughts on this?
