    Whether or not the Obama program was "legal" is completely irrelevant. It's totally unconstitutional, authoritarian, and evil. It's simply a logical extension of the Bush security state. Saying that it is different because it is 'legal' is like arguing that Beijing's arrest and imprisonment of dissidents is ok because it is legal under Chinese law. We should actually be more terrified of the Obama Gestapo-state than Bush's, which was forthrightly illegal.

      ... are 100% wrong. Your argument is simplistic in that you assert no standard, no proof and only conclusions, while at the same time speaking only in hyperbole and finishing with a childish Slippery Slope argument.

      See my post below as I actually evaluate the circumstances using the applicable Supreme Court test for constitutionality in privacy cases.  

      Venting the way you did shows more about the way you feel about government and less about how much you know about constitutional law.
