    Will it survive the mountains? We won't know until it approaches the mountains. The Appalachians tore apart the southern end of the derecho last year, so all we got was wind and lightning (no rain) in NC, but the north half stayed together and strengthened as it went into the DC area.

    It'll come down to a now-casting situation.

    If you say "gullible" real slow, it sounds like "green beans."
