      this is a new talking point coming out of Republican headquarters. Almost simultaneously with these Santorum comments Gabe Gomez in Massachusetts said he favors a higher minimum wage, pay equity for women, and that unions deserve a seat at the table.

      Not that many people will be fooled, however.

        If you think any congressional Republicans of clout are going to come out in favor of a higher minimum wage I've got a bridge for sale...

          As I said yesterday with only partial snark I believe even Richard Nixon supported
          pay equity and Atilla the Hun and Benito Mussolini favored minimun wage.

          None of that makes them liberals, though.
