in an endgame in the world for oil and other resources, and those countries are reaching a tipping point in which their dictators are being pre-emptively taken down because they were vulnerable to al Qaeda or Iran.

There's no magic wand and there's no easy solution until Wall Street and its global equivalent realize there is life after oil.

WWI "ended" when Europe finally exhausted their bloodlust for a while. The cost of the war finally started threatening the industrialists rather than fattening their wallets.

It may require a similar exhaustion before the flow of blood stops.

You can't make this stuff up.

When it's finally exhausted, or supplanted by something new, these guys will find something else to start wars over.  It's what they do.
