    We don't have that now. We don't have regular jails, we don't have privacy at all, not even with our lawyers and we have secret tribunals and sekret judges and Torture chambers in other countries as well as in the Gitmo.

    Besides, the people are different now.

    Thousands would support King and Ghandi, directly, and march with them.

    Now it's all online. Even if thousands wanted to support Assange or Snowden, or Manning, we are dealing with No Fly Lists, constant surveillance, and geographical isolation that is disguised by internet noise of virtual supporters.
