    I'm sure you'll still be saying that when information from the surveillance programs is used to bring gerrymandering to a level never even imagined, twenty years ago.

    And when the vote of every single American is predictable - yes:  to that granularity - the NSA-data-informed placement of voting machines and their time of operation won't have any effect at all on our democracy.

    Uh-huh.

    There is NOTHING more important than the surveillance and data capture that's going on.  Nothing.  It has an immediate and terrible impact on every single form of freedom we like to think we enjoy.

    The discrimination and racism that will result from the VRA decision is less than that which can be done using all of the information being collected on us.

    It ain't called paranoia - when they're really out to get you. 6 points.
