in that video, not at all. On the contrary, Rosby attempts to provoke the cops. He certainly wasn't intimidated by cops when they asked Rosby to turn down his blaring radio:

A neighbor, who asked not to be identified, said the officers asked him to turn the music down, but he refused. Rosby, she said, responded, "It's my (expletive) radio!"

In the video, onlookers are heard laughing at Rosby's attempts to provoke the cops. At an early point, an onlooker said something to the effect of, "I wouldn't want to be a cop here."

Rosby's a jerk and so is the cop who shot the dog.

Not concerned for the people who are in the house, involved in in armed standoff. Not concerned for police who are in the midst of a dangerous situation and not concerned for his dog who he puts in a bad place.

Some people dont have the brains to own dogs and its a shame this dog was adopted by this moron.

      •  So perfectly justified then. I bet you were sad (0+ / 0-)

that the cops didn't decide to shoot or taze him just for the hell of it because that would really teach him a lesson.
