    out of a pool of 80, I was in the last 4 not called.  I think the jury selection took almost as much time as the trial had scheduled.  The only time I made it onto a jury, we hung.  The case was similar in that we had a taxi driver accused of resisting after a reckless driving by a cop he cut off.
    the testimony of the cop was clear and detailed until the stop, and then the details stopped.  The taxi driver was totally the opposite, no details until the stop, then everything was totally detailed.
    needless to say, we didn't believe the cop.
