    You can't substitute "Jews" for "White people" because Jewish people have been the victims of racial prejudice - and genocide - for most of the last 2000 years.

    You can accuse Jewish people of racism in Israel, since they are not a disempowered minority there. And Jews in the US could also be racist against minorities in the US where a power differential exists. But even then, the positions aren't interchangeable...even the most privileged, anti-Arab Israeli knows that he's still "black" (in the generic sense of the word), he's still a despised minority, in much of the world.
