    To highlight some data,  the revolution/coup was yesterday, July 3. On that day, the Abbreviated Pundit Roundup (which i wrote) had 2 pieces on Egypt, none on the trial.

    As to the rest of the FP, there were 28 posts, one on Egypt and one on the trial, and 26 on other topics mostly to do with domestic politics.

    My point is that with the events of yesterday, CNN (and cable news in general) should have covered it more and the trial less.

    And your point about irony is what exactly, and based on what, exactly?

      I guess it is the diaries list which is more breathless about the Zimmerman trial than the front pagers.  Keep up the good work.
