The Civil Rights Act is next, rest assured.

Conservatives have long held the view that the interstate commerce power on which the Civil Rights Act rests is unconstitutional. Free association means the right to freely discriminate, including on the basis of race, according to them.

Their problem with segregation was not segregation itself, but that it was mandated. In other words, they don't want to be forced by law to discriminate, but they still want to be able to it if they want to.

So, you just be patient. Dismantling of the civil rights act and legalization of discrimination is soon to return. Conservatives say that it wont lead to much discrimination because "nobody would patronize such a business because people don't support discrimination."
