  •  health care infographic (0+ / 0-)

It says currently uninsured young adults won't be affected by rate increases.  I don't get that.  When they buy insurance, won't they have to pay the higher rates?

But what if a company markets exclusively to young people and thus changes its client mix?

      •  I don't understand what you're saying. (0+ / 0-)

Is there a relationship between the client mix of the company and the rates charged?  In any case, if the graphic is saying uninsured young people won't be affected by the rate increase because they have no insurance now and therefore won't notice any difference, it is dishonest.

insurers didn't want to have to cover people in the years when we do most of our lifetime health care spending.
