    ...you can't recall a U.S. Senator.

    In keping with the recent spirit of impeaching federal judges, I propose an effort to recall Sen. Menendez.
    There are only three ways by which any Senate term can prematurely end before six years: Death, resignation, or expulsion by a 2/3 vote of the Senate itself. The Constitution has absolutely no provision for the recall of a U.S. Senator.
