    of several feet on his back with someone on top of him, and that is assuming he was first hit where the body ended up and not up near the T.  That really doesn't clear the entire discrepancy.

      I don't think anyone's come up with a clear explanation of how/when/why the fight moved, just a lot of guesswork ... which is not evidence.

        is lack of evidence. There are not grass stains, mud, or bits of concrete on the defendant. In order to believe his version of the story, a reasonable person using common sense would expect there to be something to show that what he said happened happened.
